SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping Worldwide Over 150 EUR We offer free shipping to every country on all orders of 150 EUR and above. Orders under 150 EUR are charged the standard rates shown at checkout.
Shipping to the United States On 30 July 2025 the United States adopted Executive Order 14324, "Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries," which took effect on 29 August 2025 and removed duty-free (de minimis) treatment for parcels valued at or under 800 USD, including items sent by international mail. As a result, national postal operators, including Bulgarian Posts, suspended parcel service to the United States, so we can no longer ship there by regular post. US orders are now sent only by private courier (DHL Express), which has a minimum cost of about 60 EUR per parcel. This is a change in US customs rules, not a decision of our shop. US orders of 150 EUR and above ship free; US orders under 150 EUR are charged a flat 60 EUR to cover the courier.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Bulgaria: 1-3 business days
- European Union: 10 - 20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10 - 20 business days
- United States (DHL Express): 5 - 10 business days
- Canada: 10 - 25 business days
- Rest of World: 10 - 30 business days
Duties and Taxes For most international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and you will not pay additional fees upon delivery. For orders to the United States, following the end of the US duty-free de minimis exemption on 29 August 2025 (Executive Order 14324), any import duties are set by US customs and, where they apply, may be collected by the courier on delivery. These charges are determined by the authorities, not by our shop. We use trusted carriers with tracking numbers for all international shipments.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@zhivkovasilev.com.
Delays While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@zhivkovasilev.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
